PLEASE NOTE: POLICY on MEMBERS LEAVING and REJOINING the COMMUNITY is Changing
Effective July 7th, the policy regarding members leaving the community will be changed and made retroactive to June 30, 2008
Specifically:
Members willfully leaving the community will be soft-banned for 90 days (3 months) before they are entitled to re-apply to join the community again in any guild of any alliance in IMPERIUM.
Officers wilfully leaving the community will be banned for 120 days (4 months) before they are entitled to apply to re-apply to join the community again in any guild of any alliance in IMPERIUM.
Both Members and Officers are allowed an immediate 24 hour grace period, upon leaving the community, before the policy is implemented.
Conditions for Implementation:
This policy change is applicable to any character and/or member account within the community.
This policy change is not applicable to special circumstances where noted in advance by a member requesting a leave of absence where either the character or member account is left in the community.
Activation of Change:
This change is be retroactive as of June 30th, 2008. Any members who have left the community from June 30th, forward, will be placed under condition of this policy change. The effective date by which the actually policy is implemented is Monday, July 7th, 2008 at 12am EST.
Conditions for Overriding the Policy:
On a case-by-case basis, this policy can be overriden but only with the unanimous support of one of the two:
a combined joint-unanimous decision made by a Guild Elder, General Manager, Alliance Senior Officer together

Just a few announcements and tips about posting pictures in the image gallery:
LaZy Member Pictures MUST HAVE your FULLY VENT-formatted name as the TITLE of the picture. No exceptions. This allows us to synch your picture using coding in the back-end of the system.
This system DOES NOT SUPPORT *.BMP files. If you post a picutre in the *.BMP format it will be removed because it will not generate a thumbnail graphic.
WE WILL BE DELETING PICTURES beginning Saturday, May 31st, that do not have the TITLE reflecting the fully VENT-formatted name of the user.
The correct format for a LaZy member's picture is the fully VENT-formatted name. Example: Joe/34/Ray of Hope/DL/M.
