Secondly is the Family atmosphere this guild has to offer, some of the best friends I have are people ive met in Lazy and this is quite an achievement in my eyes especially for a Gaming Clan. Thirdly the structure that this Clan maintains really offers a variety of oppertunities to its members and instills a sense of pride and achievement in those that serve them. Sadly these days i barely play any of the games LaZy endorses but the experiences I have had in this quite frankly Wonderful community have helped me Immensely in the games I do Play.

We have come from being a soft natured alliance to a hardened bunch of close nit friends. You mess with one of us you have a whole bunch of people to take up or back you. Even more amazing is how all the community operates as one.
Rock on!

I am personally looking forward to seeing the PVP beasts unleashed in some of our hardcore players and will enjoy doing my quests, crafting and being a Cleric.....
Mostly I will enjoy just being LaZy.....

One of the things that makes a on-line community work is first and foremost "LEADERSHIP", and let me tell you we have one of the best if not THE BEST in Araliun, he has created a community that most of us just dream of, yes there are a few rules that we all adhere to, but everything in place is well thought out, and has input from the members of the community so that everyone is on the same page. Secondly is the members, and lets be honest, if not for the members there would be no Community, we here at Imperium have some of the most technical players in the world, as well as the casual gamers that are willing to learn new things day in and day out, it makes for the perfect mix.
So if you are looking for a Legion with a little bit of everything rolled into one, then look no further than Imperium: The Guilds of LaZy Nation and head over to our website and fill out an application...www.lazyimperium.com
Hope to see you all in AION!!

I left the guild during this time due to RL issues, however i did leave on friendly terms. So I would like to give my honest opinion of the Guild.
Family ~ While some people have stated that the guild is run like a corporation, and in many ways I will agree. However that being said they are very tight nit and even though we had very large numbers you become friends, we do things together and if it wasn't for LaZy Imperium I likely would have left Guildwars a long time before I had to. The guild has helped me in many ways, and allowed me to really enjoy the game.
Competative ~ Is LaZy Competative, as with any guild that cannot really be determined as a guild. The intent is there to be competative but the individuals within the family choose whether or not they WANT to be competative. Having sat and talked to members within the Aion community of LaZy... we do intend to be competative. We want to be the best and will work to be such.
Assistance ~ I have never in my time with LaZy ever had a problem getting help to do things..... EVER. I think perhaps this may come down to how you ask, remember everyone else is here to play the game to. You cannot expect to have your hand held all the time.... but when you ask for help you generally get it.
I cannot think of any other guild that has done the things LaZy has... They've hosted many community events in Guild Wars, they are a guild that got together and made a donation to the Make a Wish foundation on behalf of the guild wars community. They are a responsible guild that not only is here to make the game better for those within the guild, but they are also here to help their games community grow. I cannot think of any other guild that has done this sort of thing.
*** Please note that even though I am posting this as a member of the LaZy Imperium, I DO NOT speak on behalf of LaZy nor is this post made on their behalf. I am simply posting this so that people know the sort of community they really are. ***
Some of the posts in this thread are trying to make you believe they are a bad guild or perhaps not a good guild to join, but in my honest opinion I really believe that if you are looking for a guild, you should give them a try. Perhaps we could be your new home.

I have been parts of guilds in many other mmo's, been a part of a wonderful linkshell on FFXI that got me my relic, and lead a major pvp guild in Ragnarok Online back in its glory day. But I have never had a place to call home in an mmo like I do with LaZy.
The members are very close and very open to help each other. Most everyone who says that LaZy doesn't help its members is someone who begged and begged to the point of annoyance when people were already busy. Almost every time I get parties together for missions and events in Eye of the North people are willing to join up. Not every time of course, but if you expect your Legion to help you with EVERYTHING then I'm sorry, but you are a detriment to the community. If you have to have your hand held all the time, then you can not learn to play and grow as an individual. I would not have become a good Ritualist like I am if I constantly asked for runs or people to do missions for me. I learned how by getting with people who knew what they were doing, and assisted them as much as possible (even when many times my characters I could bring would not fit the role they needed) until I could learn to lead events on my own. Now, with the help of a community willing to HELP ME, not do things FOR ME, I have increased my level of play substantially. I would much rather play with people like those in the LaZy community who grow with each other everyday, and enhance their level of play through our experiences of doing all we can to make sure our runs are a success, than a part of some guild/Legion that is full of people who just run people through missions and do not teach their members how to become better. When you have a guild where 10% of the people know how to play the game, and 90% of the members are at endgame status solely due to the fact that they were babied, the end result is failure. The main comparison I can make to this (other than just rushing people through instances) is if anyone here has played Ragnarok Online and remembers the old LoD leeching days, or the more current "Thor babies", where characters are spoon fed till max level, and are absolute retards with their character. This is not found in LaZy. If a member has joined a pug group for something such as UWSC and failed due to their lack of knowledge, that is not something that should be looked at as a problem for the group as the whole. The individual should have known their limits, and from failed experiences can take the lessons learned and apply them to future runs.
The LaZy members has already shown excellent knowledge of Aion. During the beta, if a member on Ventrilo asked a question about the most obscure technicality of the game, someone had the answer. When people were doing missions and quest, many people were able to help and show those who had not played the beta much the ropes. Each of these people have gone on to teach more people about the game, and it is something you will continue to see out of us. As Mark has said during the beta, especially when someone says they would rather solo something, this isn't about "me me me" it is "us us us".
Any drama you see on these boards is not something that is seen within our community or within the game itself. The only thing I do not like when it comes to LaZy is they were not around when I began mmo's back in 9th grade of High School some 7 years ago. If they were, all the drama, anger, sadness etc. that I experienced from so many other guilds/linkshells and the like from poor management and terrible communities would never have happened, and I would of had a much more rewarding experience from the time I have spent playing these games.
Make LaZy your home, and grow with us as this new mmo skyrockets to the power house on the gaming market that it has the potential to be.
